This Privacy Policy explains how Kalios Studio ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the LoopXO mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play. Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Short version: LoopXO is fully offline. We collect zero personal data, use no tracking or analytics, and require no account to play.
📋 Information We Collect
LoopXO does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. This includes:
- No name, email address, or contact information
- No account or login credentials
- No location or GPS data
- No device identifiers or advertising IDs
- No gameplay telemetry or usage statistics
The only data that exists is stored locally on your device — specifically your in-app preferences such as sound and haptics settings. This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.
🔧 App Permissions
LoopXO requests only the minimum permissions necessary for the gaming experience:
Vibration
Used to provide optional haptic feedback when you place a piece on the board. You can disable this in the in-app settings at any time.
Internet Access
Declared for potential future features. It is not currently used for any data collection, advertising, or communication with servers.
We do not request any sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, phone state, or precise location.
🤝 Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties — because we simply do not collect any. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers involved in LoopXO.
The only external platform involved is the Google Play Store, which distributes the App under its own Privacy Policy.
🧩 Third-Party Services
LoopXO does not integrate any third-party SDKs for:
- Analytics (e.g. Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Advertising (e.g. AdMob, Facebook Audience Network)
- Crash reporting (e.g. Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag)
- Social logins or authentication services
- Cloud storage or remote configuration
👶 Children's Privacy
LoopXO is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. Because we collect no personal data of any kind, we are fully compliant with:
- COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)
- Google Play Families Policy
- Applicable child data protection laws in other jurisdictions
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
🔒 Data Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted over the internet, your information is inherently protected. Local preferences stored on your device are managed by Android's native secure storage mechanisms. We have no access to any data stored on your device.
🗑️ Data Retention & Deletion
Because we store no data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Any local data on your device (such as your sound preferences) can be removed at any time by:
- Going to Settings → Apps → LoopXO → Clear Data on your Android device
- Uninstalling the application from your device
⚖️ Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Union) or CCPA (California, USA) — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Since we collect no personal data, these rights are inherently fulfilled. There is no data for us to provide, modify, or delete on our end.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, communicate them through the Google Play Store listing.
